The Room Decides How Far You Go

A private mastermind for owners already doing $1M+ — built to make you do more.

18–20 Seats  ·  Two Retreats a Year  ·  By Invitation Only
The Honest Part

You Didn't Get Stuck Because You're Lazy

You got stuck because nobody around you is operating at the level you're trying to reach. You're the smartest person in your room — and that's exactly the problem.

01

No one tells you the truth

Your team can't. Your friends won't. You're making seven-figure decisions off feedback from people with nothing on the line.

02

You plan more than you execute

The ideas aren't the issue. The follow-through is. Six months go by and the same goal is still sitting there, untouched.

03

You've outgrown your room

Growth slows when proximity does. To move faster, you need people who've already done what you're trying to do next.

What This Actually Is

A Room That Pokes Holes — Then Helps You Fix Them

Twice a year, the same 18–20 owners sit down for two days and put real businesses on the table. You take the hot seat. You lay out your toughest problem. The room goes to work.

  • You get the hot seat every retreat. Five minutes to lay out your business and your real problem — then the room digs in.
  • The same people, every time. They learn your business inside and out, so the feedback gets sharper each round.
  • You leave with a plan and a deadline. Six-month goals, written down, with people watching whether you hit them.
The Principle

Iron Sharpens Iron

You cannot become the operator you're capable of being in a room full of people behind you. Surround yourself with owners who are better at this than you are right now — and the gap closes fast.

"Proximity is power. The room you sit in is the ceiling you're building under."
What You Get

Everything Built Around One Job: Your Growth

01

A Guaranteed Hot Seat

Every retreat, you present. Real problem, real feedback, from people running real businesses at scale. No theory. No spectators.

02

Six-Month Goal Setting

You leave every retreat with specific, written, deadline-bound goals — not a vague intention, a commitment the room can see.

03

Accountability Between Retreats

Paired accountability partners and monthly check-ins make sure the plan turns into action long after everyone goes home.

04

Themed Training & Guest Mentors

Each retreat carries a theme, with a guest mentor hand-selected and brought in by ETA to teach what the room needs most.

05

A Permanent Peer Network

The same trusted circle, year over year. Owners with real skin in your growth — not a feed of strangers.

06

Two Full Days, Twice a Year

Immersive, distraction-free, meals provided throughout. You show up, you work, you leave changed.

The Investment

Priced To Filter, Not To Fill

The number isn't the cost of a seat. It's the proof you're serious. Everyone in the room paid it — which is exactly why the room is worth being in.

$20,000 / year
Full-Year Membership · One Payment
  • Paid in full, up front — one payment secures your seat
  • Full-year commitment, no cancellations or refunds
  • Next year's dates released early so you can plan
  • Renewal is by invitation — the room stays curated

If the number gives you pause, this isn't your room yet — and that's okay.

This Room Is Not For Everyone

Every seat is vetted. The standard is high on purpose — it's what makes the room worth $20,000.

This Is For You If
  • You're doing $1M+ in annual revenue and operating at real scale.
  • You're genuinely hungry to grow — coachable, open, ready to work.
  • You can take hard feedback without taking it personally.
  • You show up, contribute, and make the room better than you found it.
  • You want a permanent circle, not another networking event.
This Is Not For You If
  • You're below $1M and looking for a place to figure it out.
  • You want to observe quietly and take without giving back.
  • You get defensive when someone challenges your thinking.
  • You can't commit to two retreats and a full year.
  • You're shopping for tactics, not a room that pushes you.

Straight Answers

Why only twice a year instead of quarterly?

Because you run a real business. Two retreats a year is enough to keep accountability tight and relationships deep, without pulling you away from the work that earns your seat. The accountability system between retreats keeps the momentum going.

What does the $20,000 actually cover?

Full-year membership: both two-day retreats, all themed training and guest mentors, the goal-setting and accountability systems, meals throughout each retreat, and your place in a permanent, vetted peer room. It's paid in full, up front — one payment secures your seat for the year.

What if I can't make one of the retreats?

Membership is a full-year commitment with no cancellations or refunds. Next year's dates are released well in advance so you can plan around them. If you miss a retreat, your seat is still held — the commitment stands.

Do I have to be invited back after a year?

Yes. After one year, members must be invited back. If you're showing up and making the room better, you'll have first option to renew. If you're not bettering the group, the seat goes to someone who will. The room stays curated, on purpose.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Every member signs a mutual confidentiality agreement. What's shared in the hot seat stays in the room — so you can be fully open about the real numbers and the real problems.

How do I get in?

Every applicant completes a short intake covering revenue, industry, and growth goals, and is reviewed against the membership criteria before an invitation is extended. Seats are capped at 18–20 and filled by invitation.
